The architect, L.M. Holder III, has recently confirmed that all of the buildings on the site will be limited to 40 ft in compliance with LO zoning.
LO is Limited Office and is defined in Austin's Neighborhood Planning: Guide to Zoning. The impervious cover standard in LO is superseded by environmental overlays.
Hi Mr. Schumann, very interesting material. Why no updates in the last 3 years? I was surprised to see so much written about something so specific. Are you connected to the Marshall family or the original inhabitants of the area?. I've been curious as to how the development has progressed since then and your opinion on the matter. My family history in Texas dates back to the mid-1800s, so this topic is very important to me, and I'm always trying to document new stories and histories that might not be available in a regular textbook.
